Specialisation of piranha::boost_load() for piranha::series.

- This specialisation is enabled only if:
Seriessatisfies piranha::is_series,- the coefficient type,
std::stringand the integral types representing the size of the series and the size of piranha::symbol_fset satisfy piranha::has_boost_load, - the key type satisfies piranha::has_boost_load (via piranha::boost_s11n_key_wrapper).
The basic exception safety guarantee is provided.
