Specialisation of piranha::boost_save() for piranha::mp_integer.

Note
This specialisation is enabled only if std::string and all the integral types in terms of which piranha::mp_integer is implemented satisfy piranha::has_boost_save.

If Archive is boost::archive::binary_oarchive, a platform-dependent non-portable representation of the input integer is saved. Otherwise, a string representation of the input integer is saved.
